Yes, pets are allowed, making it a pet-friendly destination. House trained pets are welcomed. We charge $200 for 1st pet and $150 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 50 lbs max weight limit each).

Note – Guests must clean up all waste or a fee of $35 per pile shall be charged. Pets shall not be allowed to roam outside unsupervised as there are other animals in the vicinity who may harm your beloved pet.

A minimum fine of $300+ (for upholstery and professional carpet cleaning)  to replace any items that have been damaged by the pet.

For days without same-day turnarounds, early check-ins and late check-outs are available at the following rates: $100 for up to 2 hours, $250 for 2-4 hours, and a full day’s rate for over 4 hours.

We do NOT offer any refunds for weather, natural disasters or during major holiday weeks and major local events (eg: DERBY, BOURBON & BEYOND).

We have exterior surveillance with voice and recording capabilities of the parking area and front door. They are in place for security of guests and the home. We do NOT have interior cameras nor any cameras in the backyard.

The house is centrally located and is within a 10-20 minute Uber/Lyft drive to most attractions. The property address will be shared via check-in instructions after the reservation.
